Sustainable
and affordable

Biobased building means building from natural materials. Wood is a sustainable raw material that is a key element. Anyone who chooses to go for CO2 conscious living naturally chooses wood. The difference between cement and wood is enormous. Contribution of using wood in the city is substantial, when it comes to CO2 reduction. Wood is called the “concrete” of the future.

For example, when building with wood, the total CO2 load on a project is way less. It is up to a factor of 4.5 more favorable (less CO2 load) in comparison to a traditional building . And when building with wood instead of steel, this is even a factor of 7 times more favorable. We focus on 6 concepts when it comes to sustainability.

Affordable is a very relative term. We believe that there are several quality solutions possible both - for lower and middle incomes. There is no compromise on quality of life and comfort.

Affordability - this is our primary focus and ideology,
that is incorporated in our standard models.

A new approach to building is to work from the perspective of an ecologically optimally responsible construction towards a living concept. In a concrete approach, this means first of all looking for the best possible natural underlayment.

Water and existing or desired nature are central to this. Next, the desired
social interaction patterns that fit in an intended living environment
are examined. Aspects such as inclusiveness, care and education
must also be taken into account.

This provides a basis for a building concept in which residential units
are part of the total ecological consideration. Briefly; to give nature
as a starting point and human habitation a place in it.
